Injuries caused by traffic have become the eight cause of death worldwide and the leading cause of death among people from 5 to 29 years. Many of these deaths could be prevented with strategic action, but this problem does not receive the attention and funding granted, for example, to other diseases.

In Argentina, about 7,000 people die in streets and routes every year. It is up to each of us to change this sad reality. We all can and must work on a daily basis, from our role: in the family, in the school, in the media, in the workplace, in the public service, in the security forces and in each of the spaces, for save lives by improving road safety in our community.
