4th Global Meeting of NGOs advocating for Road Safety and Road Traffic Victims.

On March 13th and 14th, Dr. Alberto Silveira, President, and Lic. María Cristina Isoba, Director of Research and Road Safety Education of Luchemos por la Vida, participated in the Fourth Global Meeting of NGOs for Road Safety and Road Traffic Victims in Marrakech, Morocco, organized by the Global Alliance of NGO for Road Safety, of which this Organization is a member.

This international event was supported by major institutions such as the World Health Organization. Nearly 170 NGOs from 52 countries gathered to share knowledge, experiences and best practices on road safety. The meeting was also a perfect opportunity to stimulate and mobilize the participation of the NGO community for the next UN Global Road Safety Week, which focuses on the topic of child safety, in the Decade of Action for Road Safety.
